The consequences of abuse

Anyone who thinks Obama to be over-reaching, underwhelming, or an empty suit is dangerously mistaken. The schemes his regime has forced upon the nation have been deceitfully yet skillfully maneuvered. However, Americans may soon prove that the Democrat Party’s smug presumptions are premature.

While it is true that Obama and the Democrat Congress have hit a few significant snags along the way, they have nevertheless caused great harm to the nation while recklessly marginalizing and in some cases abrogating our nation’s constitutional rule of law.

Americans who value the established order see what is occurring and are now raising concerns that the foundational fabric of the Republic is in peril. Exaggeration? Not when one considers what has transpired thus far, and the means by which it has been accomplished. Not when one considers that state-run media has abandoned its moral and ethical responsibility to serve as the public’s guardian.

This is key. Canadian journalist David Warren noted that North Americans succumbed to the devolution of once-ethical media into what is now a liberal monolith. Without a guardian media, there are few remaining voices forceful enough to challenge constitutional infringements or national decline on behalf of the American people.

Controlling interests

You simply don’t do all of the things the Obama regime and Democrat Congress have already done and are planning to do if you want to create jobs, reduce government dependencies, reduce spending and out-of-control national debt, bolster the economy, and sustain and strengthen free enterprise. You don’t because it won’t work.

Which is why the next few months may bring about the onset of a different kind of change — restorative change — to begin national regeneration."There is little time or wealth remaining to repair the injury caused by the regime’s grotesque agenda." America has reached a watershed mark; There is little time or wealth remaining to repair the injury caused by the regime’s grotesque agenda.

The Democrat Party owns the White House and with it cabinet-level and agency secretaries who legislate and enforce via unelected administrative fiat. Under an executive umbrella, dozens of un-vetted, unelected czars wield power to rule roughshod over all aspects of American domestic policy — and without a shred of accountability thanks to a complicit state-run media.

The Democrat Party owns overwhelming majorities in both Houses of Congress. It is through them that schemes most harmful to the Republic and its citizens are now being forced, schemes clearly not wished for, wanted, nor approved by a significant majority of Americans. The Democrat Congress now rules rather than serves.

Fellow travelers

Labor unions, special-interest groups, and community activists fall under Democrat purview. It is through them that documented and prosecuted voter fraud, voter intimidation, carefully coordinated protests, physical violence against dissenters, and business payola shakedowns are channeled.

The radical Left controls academia and government K-12 schooling. Criminals once hunted for blowing up federal buildings, killing innocent citizens,"The Obama regime has eviscerated our economy, destabilized the dollar, and levered 16 million Americans out of their jobs." and murdering law enforcement officers are now esteemed, tenured professors and presidential mentors. They control Hollywood and the entertainment industry, so much so that pro-American or conservative entertainers without superstar status must hide their convictions or face the prospect of joblessness.

The Obama regime has eviscerated our economy, destabilized the dollar, scheduled obscene tax increases, and levered 16 million Americans out of their jobs. It now presides over an unemployment rate near 10 percent. Bogus bailouts, key industry expropriations, pork- and payola-laden “stimulus” schemes, and berserker budgets have deficits running at record levels for the near future.

The regime orchestrated massive upswings in government dependence by extending unemployment benefits, expanding the food stamp program, giving away stimulus money earmarked for “shovel-ready jobs” as cash bonuses to community activists, and used the same funds to "convince" key senators to ram through the ObamaCare Government-run Health Care Rationing scheme.

This is abuse beyond words. It must end.

Watershed

Recent surveys indicate that the majority of America’s citizens are generally conservative. The majority feel helpless as they see their nation being humbled, weakened, and transforming into something decidedly un-American — something they no longer recognize nor condone.

Americans are basically a fair and decent people; They give and give again to help the needy. But these fair-play Americans, perhaps naively, also expect the same in others and bristle at being deceived.

It takes time and repetitious bad behavior before Americans become aroused. But once roused, once angered, history has proven many times over that the American people are capable of surmounting any obstacle and overcoming any evil. Those of the ruling"When political leaders actively engage in fostering economic hardships on American families and harm to free enterprise, national security, and national sovereignty, it is gross abuse of power." class may have forgotten, or don’t care because they believe their agenda in place and inviolate. Or it may simply be that they consider Americans too stupid to do anything about it. This is foolish thinking.

While it is true that for the next few months Americans can do little to halt what can only be termed a mockery of our constitutional rule of law, November is near and Obama and the Democrat Congress know it. This is why they are hurrying to destroy as much of the American private sector as they can, seize control of as much public wealth as they can, and force as many Americans as they can into governmental dependence.

Much of what the regime has done and will yet do can be undone. Not all, but much. Keep in mind that some of their schemes and largest tax increases do not take effect until after the next two elections.

When political leaders actively engage in fostering economic hardships on American families and harm to free enterprise, national security, and national sovereignty, it is gross abuse of power. Those guilty of such abuse should suffer appropriate consequences, and an appropriate first consequence is their termination of employment.

See to it the ruling class begins to understand consequences in November.
