Last night the three broadcast networks ABC, CBS, and NBC dutifully followed the White House talking points and fawned over Obama’s first 50 days in office. The networks’ overpaid, immaculately-coiffed shills breathlessly gushed over his “whirlwind” of action and “whirling dervish of activity.”

And right on cue, Obama’s legion of Nutroots propagandists parroted the same drivel across the Internet ether.

But while the Drive-by Media groupies are busily oozing schmaltz and leg tingling-induced accolades over The Messiah’s first seven weeks as they disingenuously obfuscate reality, this country’s citizens are troubled, for they must cope with a depressing reality.

And that reality becomes clearer, a far different picture than that glossed over by the Drive-by Media, when illustrated by a closer look at the goings-on of the last 50 days.

John Gibson, talented author and broadcaster, aired a montage on his March 5 The John Gibson Show radio program — The First 50 Days of Hope and Change — that you will never hear from any Drive-by Media huckster worth his or her hush money payola salary.

Accomplishments? Mr. Gibson disagrees. Listed below are some of the first 50-day “accomplishments” directly attributable to the Obama Mafia, masterminded by consigliere Rahm Emanuel:

• In Just 50 Days:
• Enacted the Obama-Pelosi-Reid Stimulus, the largest single government spending bill in the history of the world;
• Obama and the Democrat Party saddled America and its children with the most massive debt in human history;
• Lost at least three administration nominees due to tax fraud;
• Appointed a tax cheat to oversee the IRS and Treasury Department;
• Publicly insulted one of America’s greatest allies, Great Britain — repeatedly;
• Reneged on a missile defense treaty with American allies Poland and the Czech Republic;
• Began friendly dialogue with the Hezbollah-supporting Assad regime in Syria and murderous Hamas terrorists in Gaza;
• Signed legislation to close Guantanamo, even after five current detainees admitted to participating in 911 and being proud of the accomplishmnt;
• Freed a convicted dirty bomber from Gitmo and released him to the UK;
• Told combat Marines and Army soldiers in Afghanistan that “We’re Losing;”
• Planned “peace” negotiations with the Taliban while American troops are at risk;
• The American stock market suffered its worst January in 113 years, and worst February since 1933;
• The Dow dropped faster under Obama than any other new president in 90 years; and
• Obama’s budget more than doubles the national debt and adds more to the debt than all previous presidents, from George Washington to George W Bush COMBINED.
